I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE ANIMAL OWNERS DO NOT HAVE POOPER SCOOPERS. THAT IS RIGHT I LIVE IN A BUILDING WITH SEVERAL DOG OWNERS WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO LOOK DOWN EVERYWHERE I WALK OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE TO CLEAN OFF MY SHOES EVERY OTHER STEP. WHEN IT RAINS IT SMELLS OF URINE IUT SIDE OF MY DOOR. THEY SHOULD STIPULATE IN THE LEASE THAT ANIMAL OWNER SHOULD CLEAN UP THE WASTE THAT THEIR PET LEAVE BEHIND.
