We moved in to Hamilton Mill from another nearby complex thinking we were getting a great deal. From the beginning, there were problems. We were having our address changed and our apartment number changed 3 times before the move-in. I was pregnant at the time and requested a sun-room and a downstairs apartment. Got the total opposite. Our movein punchlist still hasn't been completed. They made it a point to say we were getting new carpet. The carpet is not installed correctly, the tack strips are constantly coming up, and there are sections missing padding! We had holes in our screens the size of baseballs. My fiancee finally got the screens and put them up himself. The week I had my baby, our parking lot was closed off and there were contractors doing plumbing work, so I had to walk all the way across a parking lot and up stairs. Without any warning. Since then our landscaping has not been replaced either. There are carpenter bees everywhere, and when we complained, "There is nothing we can do about it" was their response. I had complained about a rotting tree in the woods near the parking lot on numerous occasions. Yesterday, it fell on my neighbors car. All of my neighbors (some who have children) agree that it feels like we live in the projects. Stay away.
