Lived at Hamilton Mill for a year in 2005 and 2006. I had issues with the management and maintenance. The management was rude and never seemed to take care of any of the issues within the apartment. There were quite a few problems when I moved in and when I moved out, some of those problems were still there. I also had a problem with bugs and I would tell the management, but the pest control company would hardly ever come. (However, management told me they were there I just did not know it. Unfortunately for them, state law requires that they leave a note) Then the management lost their copy of the key to my apartment and I had to have my locks chaged. Water leaked into my apartment. I was constanty afraid to go outside at night. This apartment complex is located near the river and people just wonder into the complex. Not a safe environment. The management say that the police patrol, but they were never seen by any tenant I talked to.
