I overlooked the old building and bathroom floor that sits on an angle. I also forgave the fact that the outside storage door is COMPLETELY rotted through. The bathroom cabinets are rotted as well as the baseboards. The kitchen floor needed repairing that was promised b4 I moved in and after I moved in but it never happened. The sink leaks, was repaired and is leaking again. The outside of this almost 40 yr. old building is just as bad. The building's siding is in need of repair and a GOOD pressure wash. The grounds are somewhat kept up, but the shrubbery is very tacky and choppy. The shower has very poor drainage, you bathe in standing water above your ankles. The tub is painted over and is cracking. You can tell it has been repaired several times, but to no avail. The windows have a very obvious draft and don't close or lock securely. The management is lazy and takes no iniative to ensure your happiness. You can complain until you are blue in the face..nothing happens. They don't enforce any of the rules they advise you of upon move in. If you can find a parking spot near your place, then consider yourself lucky because most of them are occupied by people who break the "no more than 2 vehicles rule!" We asked all thr right questions and they gave all the right answers, but it was all TALK! They will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease. This is a noisy, ghetto, and below average complex. If you want class, distinction, and honesty along with management who cares then DON'T MOVE HERE! I can't wait until my lease is up!!

Heard bad things...PLEASE! Drive threw at any time and you'll see what this person say's is true. PURE GHETTO!!! We lived there for a year, don't allow your kids to park their bike(s) outside the door (on your porch); kids are standing by to steal them. Teens were having sex in the pool, throwing furniture in the pool. Management is afraid of the tenants and will NOT enforce the rules. The manager had her tires slashed! HELLO folks, pure GHETTO! I laughed when I read the description of the place from "worknhard4damoney", oh so VERY true. I never thought the tub would stop peeling paint. I couldn't scrub the kitchen floor, the linoleum would buckle. Our children couldn't play on the play ground, kids acted like thugs and wanted to fight and curse other kids out. GHETTO (have I said it enough).GHETTO!

Parents should take responsibility for their children. Complain all you want! My experience here was pleasant.

When I heard what "worknhard4damoney" had to say, Hell I thought they were talking about my apartment. They are so true. I am online now looking for some place to stay. Don't waste your time. Everyone is not just mad. We are pissed off. This is definitely the GHETTO. Oh yeah one more thing. Watch out for the HOODRATZ doing hair on the Porch like they are auditioning for some DAMN R. KELLY video... I am OWT...
