Teens and thugs run wild here! Teens run this place. The cops don't even want to come when called; hello, what's this telling you'!
Everyone pays a different price. Couldn't figure out how I was paying what I was paying and I had single mothers on welfare all around me...HMM! SECTION 8!
Don't consider this place unless you love the projects, want your stuff stolen, enjoy watching teens have sex in the pool, absolutely enjoy hearing 'kids' curse, and have extremely low expectations.

I spent 3 of my high school years in Harbour Landing.It was a beautiful place then.Everybody was cool. It was kind of upscale at the time.Walmart hadnt even been built there when we first moved in.I hear that Walmart closed down.Im sad to hear that a place I had such fond memories of has changed so much.Really when I lived there, there was this whole atmosphere of everybody knowing each other and getting along and peacefulness.Wow how things change.
