This place sucks.

This place is ghetto. The online pictures do not show how run down this place is. I've had my truck broken into, our house has been attempted to be broken into, our apartment flooded and management left it for 1 week before having it fixed.

Management is very inflexible, repairs are horrible, the location is not safe.

Water bills are outrageous, electricity is expensive, and they never really fix anything.
