I had to stay at these apartments for 1 full year and IT WAS THE WORST YEAR OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! Let me explain...The apartments are ROACH INFESTED! There are animals running on top of your car and if you try to get them off, the property manager ( LB ) WILL CUSS YOU OUT AND CALL YOU AN ANIMAL KILLER...ITS JUST CRAZY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! In adition to that..we had a flood in our apartment which ruined lots of our stuff...The ceiling busted in....and all types of other problems..WHY LIVE HERE WHEN YOU COULD GO TO SOME OF THE BETTER APARTMENTS IN COLUMBIA FOR JUST A FEW X-TRA BUCKS! HUNT CLUB IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

CHARLES!!! You are Crazy... Hunt Club was phenominal when (LB as you call her) was there... You were just mad because you were in the wrong and got busted..... Have a wonderful day

This is LB and I would like to respond to this evaluation. This person was caught by a Richland County Officer driving around the property(without a license) shooting cats. This person never worked. From the day he met his current wife on the internet and moved in with her, her payment history went down hill and eviction was filed almost every month. Until he moved in she was an ideal resident and always paid on time. I wonder who caused the down fall there???
