I have lived in this community for a little over 7 years. The rent is very affordable and that is what I need. I had at one point giving my notice about 9 months ago but could not find anywhere that would beat the price I was paying and also all other places had so many fees. This community had got to be so out of control and the maintenance staff was a poor excuse for what they were to be. The crime out here was really bad. Now staff has changed from the manager to the maintenance and it is such a huge improvement from the way the property is kept up to the office area. The new manager and staff in the office are on top of every problem out here and have taken the time to make sure our community was cleaned up from the crime to the way it looks. Maintenance staff are really on top of every maintenance problem out here and it does not take 2 years for work orders to be done anymore. I have has several work orders called in that are done within 1 or 2 hours and they are done right not half ass.
The new property manager wears a smile on her face all the time and is very helpful to everyone as are the assistant property manager. I am very excited to now call this my home not just because it fits my budget because I am proud of it. If you had ever seen the property before now and remember how bad it was, how people enjoyed hanging out in the parking lot to make it look like the hood just drive by now and you will think you are somewhere different. There is no more hood hanging out in the parking lot and if anyone does they want be for long as the staff are quick to put it to a end. Hunter's Ridge is my home
