I stayed in these apartment complex for two years. WORST TWO YEARS of my life. We actually lived in two different apartments out here. The first one we moved was just horrible. It was like living in the jungle. Everything that was outside was coming in our house. It was bad enough that we had roaches that never went away but the between the rats, lizards, spiders, and what ever the hell else you can think of I didn't know if I was living in my house or a zoo. We moved into another unit after one year. It was better but that is not saying much. In the apartment above me I could here the floor squeaking in my bedroom EVERYTIME they walked on it. We had problems with the water heater leaking in the master bedroom and we still had to live with roaches. I left out the most important flaw of all. While staying there I can remember at least 5 nights where I heard gun shots. Thank god we do not stay there anymore I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.
