nice apartments but awful staff

I lived there for 4 years. The apartments are nice and well maintained. If you live on the left side toward Garners Ferry you will not hear the highway at all.
However, the management is very unhelpful and inconsiderate. I lived there for 4 years and they did not respond well to any of the concerns I ever raised. More, my rent was increased every single year when I stayed there.
There are no tennis courts, the pool is often closed since the management does not know how to treat it and does not call a specialized company. Noisy reparations are being contracted without proper notice, and no rent discount is given for the inconvenience to the tenants.
Expect management to show bad attitude to every concern that you will raise. They are not concerned at all with keeping tenants happy.
Before you move there, look some more, because it will be difficult to move out. Leasing for one year does not qualify you to month to month renting. You are expected to renew the lease every year, unless you are willing to pay a $100 premium/ month in addition to the rent increase. You will also have to give a two month notice before your lease expires.
Parking with even one car is hard to find in front of your apartment.
