Good: Apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Appliances are in good condition. Maintenance was quick to respond and friendly. Office staff was the same. I felt safe in this community. No bugs. Great floor plan for roommates.

Bad: My A/C never worked properly despite repeated attempts at repair. This made for some pretty hot summers in the South. This could have had something to do with the summer heat and the fact we were on the third floor. There was also a good deal of noise from the highway that you just kind of had to get used to.

Overall, despite the bad stuff, it was really a nice place to live. I'd move in again if I came back to Columbia. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
