I have loved this apartment! I don't have any issues with noise (except the very small amount that can be expected with any apartment complex.) The neighbors are nice and say hello. Very pet friendly, but they do enforce rules on picking up after your dog which I think would be good for most people. They are spacious with walk in closets and everything you need in a kitchen with a large pantry. I have had no major maintenance issues either.
Cons: You have to remind them when you call for maintenance though. We got our wall painted once and they failed to notify us that they were coming so I walked out of my room to find some strange men in my apartment! They will call though if you remind them that you want it. Parking is an issue because they are no restrictions - which meant some good long hikes while I was here, but there is rumor that they are going to enforce parking to allow residents better spaces. (')
