If you are told for instance "we are going to fix that major leak and were still going up on you're rent, but it's going to be fixed"! Don t hold your breath, or be a fool, and still 6 months later using every towel you have to soak up the water, spend you're money washing and drying them! They just paint over them! As I was informed by a neighbor that leak was the same reason the last two tenants moved out!! Don t refer anyone to them either, you will never see the $50.00 dollar finders fee!!! As I found out the hard way. And talk about rigging stuff not fixing it. One night my key broke off in the door, maintenance comes, can't get in I have to kick the door down while they push on it breaking the framing around the inside of the door. They said they would come back the next day and fix it, they nailed the split into piece of wood back together ,no sanding it down, painted over it and that s what I looked at from that point on. When I first moved in I could only get the heat to run constant, even if I had it on auto: three trips later maintenance tells me they had rewired it wrong.......hmmmmm kind of scary don t you think' And O yes wait till I upload the rest of the pics!

I am the manager and yes, obviously there was a sliding glass door leak in this unit. The apartments are 36 years old and this does happen from time to time. This leak apparently got worse over time as it was not this bad for this resident's entire tenancy. It is unfortunate that this resident didnt express how bad the leak was and bothersome until they vacated. We have totally removed the door, replaced wood work between this units sliding door and the unit above prior to the new resident moving in. We have an awesome outside contractor that repairs this type of work and I can assure you we have repaired at least a dozen over the last two years while the units were occupied. Please do not be alarmed our maintenance team is the best in the business and being individually owned our owner WILL put money into the property to keep it looking great as it has for many many years!

This team is a joke the buildings have mold growing in the water heater and linens closets. We have had nothing but heartache and troubles with these people. They are unprofessional and they do not care about anything but the money. DO NOT RENT FROM Landmark Apt. THEY SUCK!
