Barrett-stockley the owner of this property is init only for the money. Landmark office people don't care about their tenants and play hard and fast with the rules. In many cases, they are in violation of both HUD and state code. People are not treated the same and people who have good crdit, pay their rent on time, don't drink or do drugs are pushed out in favor of quick turnovers so that they can increase the rent. The buildings are falling apart and the company only does cosmetic work to try and fool HUD and the state. The property manager plays favorites and there is going to be a class action lawsuit brought agianst the company as well as a compalint filed with HUD and the State on the treatment of tenants, violation of the number of thenats in an apartment and the condition of the buildings as well as the uneven treatment of tenants.

Stay away from landmark as there are better palces they treat you with dignity and respect.
