We moved into Landmark while searching for a house and were told there would be safety patrols, the neighborhood was a family environment and then we were put in the back building with the drug heads smoking pot on a daily basis and playing loud music in the cars. I complained to management who stated that they would do something, finally I complained to the answering service who sent the police, after that instance the main offenders moved. From Thursday through Sunday there was no place to park your car because their company took up all of the parking. Then when we finally were able to move they found a way to keep our deposit after I did everything that I was supposed to do. Its just a huge rip off.

I lived at Landmark for 22 years and have never felt like it??s a "rip off". Yes, through the years I have seen the cliental change but there isn't anything management or the owners can do about that. Obviously if the "main offenders" moved after you reported it to the office a couple of times then they were probably made to move. Did you ever report your other issues you the office? More than likely not because I know that the office tries hard to manage this place right and take care of the issues that are brought to their attention. And if they kept your deposit then you probably didn't do what you were supposed to. GET FOR REAL.

You need to get real, I did follow directions relating to my move and even called the office prior to and after moving out to ensure that I didn't need to do anything differently. I cleaned up the apartment and everything and I am a homeowner now with no desire to live in an apartment for 22 years what is your excuse.
