My air conditioner broke down multiple times and took constant calling to the office and considerable discomfort before they even got it running. Afterwards, my electric bill doubled and I had to pay and extra 70-80 dollars a month.

The apartments are at a central location, however I wouldn't advise anybody to rent here. They do routine inspections of the apartments and allow little privacy. Not only that, but they never sprayed for bugs ONCE while I lived there, and the office shows no effort to fix any problems reported in the apartment.I am currently living down the street at CHURCHILL APARTMENTS and It is a world of difference.

Landmark is exactly what you are trying to avoid when making a decision about you future rental.

Id just like to say that Ive lived here for a year now, and they've sprayed every single month. Sometimes multiple times if I report a specific bug problem. I find it hard to believe that your apartment was only sprayed once the entire time you lived here. Also, every time I have a problem, maintenance is there the same day or the next day to attempt to fix whatever the problem is. And often times I get a follow up call from the office to make sure its been fixed. Not to say that this complex is completely perfect, but I just wanted to provide another veiwpoint to your post.
