I believe the positive reviews were made by office staff because it's no way that so many residents feel so at peace with Meredith Square. Well I'll admit the truth my experience was a horrible one!!! At first things were fine and out of nowhere things started falling apart throughout the apartment. The office staff is a joke they've promised things that we still haven't recieved such as work being done on our leaky sinks, broken sliding door and damaged front door lock. Throughout my entire lease I have spent a good amount of money replacing things that should of been covered by management because we were tired of waiting for staff to handle the job. And forget the area it's a war zone with all the gang activity in the area, it's so bad at times you have to watch what you wear. Overall this is a horrible place to be I would advise anybody thinking about renting from this place to re-think their thoughts. But if this doesn't help change your mind than why don't you switch places with me because I can't wait until my lease is up!


P.S. Don't let the smiles of the office staff fool you they'll work magic to get you to sign that "piece of paper" but once you're in I can guarantee you'll regret it!

I completly agree with you! I don't know any of my old neighbors who are that happy. And I know tons of people who were happy with the old manager Jill. As for as I know most of us want out of our lease as soon as possible..... this place has gone downhill..... now we aren't any better than the Chimmney's.....
