This apartment complex is a JOKE! The townhouse we live in is falling apart around us and the staff could care less...We were told by one one the maintenance staff that they are told to do the bare minimum to fix things that are wrong, so they don't have to spend too much money on the apartments...We wanted to work out a way to get out of our lease because of the unsafe conditions and the management wouldn't even talk to us...I can't even list the problems with this townhouse because it would take about 5 pages to do so...The area isn't as safe as I would hope it to be but the main concern of ours is the condition of these dilapitated units and feel that ours, in particular, should be condemned...I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anybody!! And cannot believe that they are still in good standing with Ft. Jackson...

If there are any concerns with this comment, please call our office and speak with us. This comment incorrectly states that we would not speak with the resident, I am the manager and I spoke with them myself. As for maintenance, the owners are very committed to upkeep of our homes and no one on our current staff relayed to this resident that we don't spend much money on the apartments. If a past employee erroneously relayed this, I am very sorry. This particular townhome does not need to be "condemned", but probably needs certain maintenance issues addressed as the last resident was in this home for over ten years. We are in good standing with Ft. Jackson because we have MANY former and current residents that are very happy with their homes and level of service. Unfortunately, you have the one person that everything goes wrong with from time to time and this is the one, we would like for it to never happen though, our residents happiness is important to us. I must add...this is my friend who originally wrote this. One thing she failed to mention was that one of the maintence people backed up and hit her vehicle. This was while her van was parked in it's space. I had been in her townhouse several times and the place was falling apart..literealy! The ceiling looked as though it was about to cave in. And the area where the apt is located isn't the safest. Renters...BEWARE!!

I am sure that you have heard of the word "accident". It is not the apartments fault that the maintenacne guy hit your friends car. as far as the ceiling problem... did your friend let them know that they had a problem??? maybe the ceiling problem was the fault of your friend did she over flow the toilet with a bunch of bulls*** which caused problems in the ceiling???
