I thought i liked it when i moved in. But As soon as i moved in ceiling from first floor leaked off of the upper bath room. finally guy came in to fix it but couldn't find any problem at all. painter came in to patch up the ceiling. after two month it happened again. finally found the problem and got it done. Living in one of these apartments changed my mind alot. This place stinks all the time. there are cockroaches all over the place. You have to call maintaince people over and over again to fix something. Overall they are not bad but for the condition-wise they are not worth $725 for townhomes. The price should have been $500-$600 per month. The office staff are not really helping.
