I lived at Middleborough for a year as a renter and then purchased a two-bedroom condo. Because of my work, I have lived in many places and found the quality of life and atmosphere the best I've ever experienced. Features I like best: (1)complete feeling of privacy with "cave quiet" construction, (2) helpful staff at courtesy desk and management office, (3) most "rentals" are offered by owners and offer great value, (4) the pool brings great relief for the hot days of Summer, (5) the newly refurbished laundry room on site, (6) friendly and respectful neighbors (7) convenient location in the city, (8) high-rise views, (9) feeling of "pride" in the building, common areas, and landscaping. From my point of view, this is the best deal in Columbia for a quality place to live.
