I have been living in Paces Brook for 2 monthes now, and here is my experience:
I relocated from different state, and I choosed Paces Brook because the rent is above avarege, so I expected good place. When I got there, the apartement was dusty, I talked to the management same day, they said if I put my lauggage in, they can't do anything about it. I said fine, I clean it myself. The second day, I discover that my window frame was misplaced, so a lot of cold air comming throw. They send the guy to fix it 3 times, and he didn't do any good, because the frame needs to be changed and they do want to spend the money. The third day, I found a roach in the apartement. I talked to the management, and they assured me that is not a common problem, and they will spray. Then I found another 2 roached the follwing day, I freaked out, and I talked to the management again, and they never spray for 2 monthes now. I talked to the neighbors, and they told me that it is a common problem for the building. The management decieved me, and they never told me they have such problem. Also, I have to put the heat to 78 degrees to warm up 1 bedroom apartement. I don't know it is because the bad windows, or something else. I end up paying so much for electriciy.
