Management was rude. One employee tried to change the terms of the lease after another agent and I had negotiated it. Noise was horrible. I only stayed in this dump for six months. I paid two of my employees to assist me with cleaning it up when I left. The place was is great condition when I left. One month later I got a bill from the landlord. They were not only commandeering my $150 deposit, but also my $100 satellite deposit. When I told them that I disagreed with their actions, but would be willing to settle for just the $100 satellite deposit for which they had NO CLAIM period since I had not drilled any holes anywhere, I got the BIG blow off. I phoned their corporate HQ in Atlanta, and was treated equally poorly. Fortunately, filing a suit in the magistrate's court is a breeze in SC. THEN they suddenly became friendly, and settled with me.

SO CAVEAT EMPTOR. IF YOU LIVE HERE, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR MONEY.
