Unprofessional Management Staff

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I have lived here for 2 years, in that time I have had more problems than I can count with the staff...from having to ask 7-8 times over the course of a month or more for things to be repaired, being promised 1 rental amt prior to changing apratments then having a differnt amount assessed on move-in, to not being able to get a return phone call or follow-up. They really need a different staff, RAM partners is doing a terrible job of managing this potentially nice complex.
