The apartment is over priced. You can easly find better apartment in the same area with cheaper rent. Moreover, the management will try to take advantage of you in every possible way. I lived there for 7 monthes, and I was taken advantge of. I was buyin a house, I notified the management 60 days in advance before my lease expires. The deal did not go through, and I had to stay one more month after my lease. I talked to the management, and they said they will charge me $100 each month if I don't sign another lease. I agreed, and after the first month, I got the house and I told them that I am moving. They charged me $900 (1 1/2 month rent)for not giving them another 60 days notice, and they refused to give me my $300 deposit...
Does that make sence..''
I gave them a notice, and because the circumstances I had to stay one more month for $100 over the rent..How can I give you another 60 days notice.
They refused to give me back my deposit even though the apartment is in better shape than when I moved in.
$900 $300 $100 ($590 rent * 7 months)= $5430 . $775 per month for 550 sf apartment.
It is a rip off..
