They are very nice in the begining. once you sign the lease, hell will break out. The management staff are unreasnable and unwilling to understand or help.

Parking is terrible. One never find a space near the his building after 5 PM.

The apartment is not well insulated. I pay over $150 to warm up 550 sf apartment in the winter..this is too much for such a small palce in SC.

One more thing will freak you out is BUGS. There is a lot of bugs here in the buildings. Roachs, ants, you name it. The management never told me about it before I moved in. When I found out, I complained and they told me that it is common in SC...What is common, BUGS!!
I asked some neighbors and they told me that it is a common problem in the building.

Now I cann't wait to get out of this awful place.

Did you know it is illegal to act as a property manager, sign leases and have property manager on your card if you aren't licensed in South Carolina. The "property manager", Victoria Robinson is not licensed.
