I have currently been living at Paces Brook for two years. I love it there. I don't know why that individual had a 150 electric bill in the winter because mine was only $35. Angela is very professional, she always takes care of any problems that I have. The grounds are beautiful, I have looked around and there is not a better place out there. You are paying a lot but you are paying for the location. I feel very safe living there...
