I moved in over the summer, and so far its been a good experience. The maintenance staff is very good. They fix things in a timely manner. No issues with the office staff so far. We love being so close to Irmo and the Harbison area. The apartment is a little on the small side, but it will work for the time being. The pool is nice and clean. They do have alot of social events.So overall we are pleased.
