I have been a resident of Paces Brook for about two months now and want to warn everyone of how dangerous this community is. Several cars have been broken into on a regualr basis as well as apartments. On top of that, a woman was actaually carjacked right here in this parking lot. If you dont believe me, I just please ask that you call the local police department before you move here and they will tell you everything you need to know. I only wish I had done this. Now I am terrified to let my child out to play and dont even feel safe walking to my car in broad daylight. Also right next door is section 8 housing where shootings and robberies occur often. If you care about the safety of yourself and your children, I strongly suggest finding another, safer place to live. I know I am.
Also, as a side note, the office staff is extremely rude..nice at first but as soon as I was moved in their attitudes completely changed. The assistant manager (Gina I think) refuses to return your phone calls and constantly "misplaces" rent money. They will talk about you behind your back to other residents and then smile to your face. Very disorganized and poorly ran office all together. Overall, a far cry from the "luxury living" as they state in the brochures.

What was the puporse in you stating that the housing next door is Section 8? I happen to live next door in the apartments that you are refering to and find your comments untrue. The term is subsidized housing meaning that they accept vochers as well as low income prospects. You are giving a bad name to low income housing communities and I suggest you do your research before making comments that do not reflect the true image of what really goes on.

I didn't realize that Columbiana Ridge was low income...Ewwwwwwww.....Most low income people are thiefs..No wonder we have crime here at Pacesbrook..The poor people come over here cause they know we have money...That's why ya'll use our pool cause ya'll can't afford to keep yours clean..
