I lived in Paces Brook from Oct. 05-April 06 and loved it. I liked being able to walk on the paths and felt very safe--especially considering how close it is to Harbison. There were very few times that I was disturbed by neighbors' noise. I really liked the fact that it is a family atmosphere, with kids playing and everything. The staff was pretty good, and always got to my maintenance requests promptly. I would definitely reccommend this place and am even looking into moving back there myself.
