Wondering to myself if the people below were either blind or paid by the staff to write such reviews. I recently left Paces Brook and can honestly say I would not suggest it to ANYONE. The apartments are old and way too expensive considering walls are paper thin, rooms are bug infested and repairs only done halfway. Management is constantly changing..hardly ever a familiar face and noone ever seems to know what they are doing. It is also a known fact that several gang related crimes have taken place in the area including right next door at Columbianna Ridge apartments. Yes being close to the mall is nice except for when it takes you 20 minutes just to get out of the apartment parking lot due to traffic. My departure from Paces Brook could not have come a day sooner and I strongly suggest that anyone who is interested in sigining up should do their research. Talk to the local police dept and the current residents. You will find many others that also agree there is nothing to love at Paces Brook.
