I have been at Paces Brook one month. It is only getting better. I am a security consultant and I have found Paces Brook to be very safe, well lite at night and I regularly see the on site police officers patrolling the property. I have had a couple of small maintenance issues and both were fixed on the same day management was notified.

Yeah. A 'security consultant' would have checked the history or checked with some of the patrol officers in the area. Section 8 across the street, thugs walking through the complex at all hours, and employees from nearby restaurants filling up the parking lot...BTW, the on-site officers rarely if ever patrol the complex.
