I'm not sure what the circumstances were for the naysayer on here, but I love Paces Brook and the people who live here. Since I moved here almost 3 months ago I have made friends with most of my neighbors, whom I might add are all happy here as well. One of them, I had known previously, is a school administrator and lives here with her kids, which made me feel very secure in moving here. I'm so happy here that I'm upgrading my apartment from a one bedroom to a two bedroom tomorrow. Anything that has ever needed fixing in my apartment has been fixed immediately. One time, they actually replaced a light for me that I didn't even realize was out and then left me the nicest little note on my kitchen counter. I feel like I live in a beautiful neighborhood with staff that go above and beyond the call of duty to make residents happy. All you have to do to get this treatment is pay your rent. :) I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone!!!

I too am at a loss as to why some people trash this great property. Gina has been been on top of everything since I moved here in November. The staff is friendly and helpful. Somebody said I was making this up, but I have news for that person. I don't give compliments often and when I do, I sleep well at night knowing I told the truth. Maybe if you had paid your rent on time or been respectful to your neighbors you would have had the time to realize what a great place Paces Brook is.
