I have lived in Paces Brook for more than a year. I gotta tell you, I am not sure where these negative reviews are coming from. I have never had a negative experience with the staff. If there is a problem, they respond right away. I have very nice neighbors, it is a very quiet an peaceful community. I have a little dog, and I am never worried about walking her, day or night. Now, yes the apartments are a little over priced. But, you do get what you pay for. Whoever is writing these negative reviews, I am glad they moved too. I would not want to run into them in this peaceful place. I am hoping to upgrade to a two bedroom at the end of my lease. I know I will be treated right by the staff here. They are always willing to help. Like my title says, me and my dog, "we love it here"!
