I don't know where to begin. The management is so rude and unprofessional. I don't think they have an formal training. Maintenance is lazy and a complete waste of payroll. My toilet in my own bedroom apartment broke so I stopped by the office around lunch time to let them know. They assured me it would be taken care of that day since it was considered an emergency. At 9 o'clock that same night i was still trying to get in touch with someone to respond to my emergency. When maintenance finally showed up he acted like it was my fault. One top of that there is spiders everywhere inside the apartment, the power bill is over 150 a month and the sewer bill is over 50 a month. There is nothing good that I can say about this place. The applinces are old and there is constitnly people who clearly don't live here using the pool area and car care center and rent is outragious for what you get. AVIOD PACES BROOK AT ALL COST!

I'm sorry you don't like living here. Maybe we live a charmed life here, but we have never experienced any of these problems. Sure, we have had things break, but the maintenance staff has responded each time, even after hours. We find it hard to believe that the management staff is ever rude to anyone, as they have been a delight to deal with. When we see any bugs including spiders, the office sends an exterinator to spray again. Now we see mostly dead bugs. When non residents are using the pool, management politely asks them to leave. The utilities here are usually less than in a house. We really like living here...seriously!

I agree..Paces Brook Apts.. Is Not worth the money...management is rude and should be fired they way they treat tenants....

U know i have seen a lot of bull sh** in my day and the posting on 07/28/2008 is one of them. I can tell when management writes their own reviews!! Give you a word of advice get someone who really likes your apartments write the reviews. LOL this is hilarious
