This sums up the living experience at Paces Run Apartments In a nutshell.
On my original move in Date they were unprepared for my arrival and my new apartment had not been cleaned before taking ownership. There was evidence of damage from the previous tenants that had not been fixed before my arrival. This in turn was billed to me after move out. On several maintenance issues there was basically no response from calls to the maintenance hotline and generally required a visit to the leasing office and a meeting with the property manager directly before any action was taken. My overall rating of this community is well bellow standard.
