Paces Run
AVERAGE RATING
< | >
I've lived in Paces Run twice and besides the car break-ins that were happening ALL across the NE side of town, there was nothing wrong with it. If you are there living and minding your own business there are really no complaints, It was quiet, and in a perfect location and the rent did not increase every 6 months. And if you asked all your questions upon moving in you would know that most neighborhoods have a certain number of residents in different income brackets. Even your high end neighborhoods have a certain amount of people that make less than the average living in them. If you have so many complaint about the apartment life, then get house. Whereever you go there are going to be issues because there are people from all walks of life living around you. Until you get to heaven for those who believe then there is going to be no perfect utopian neighborhood as long as we are all different.

Yea right. Paces run is awful. #1 you have to deal with the awful management. They never fix service requests on time, including your air conditioning in the middle of July. The pool is full of kids that dont even live there! The cops are called on the kids who are at the pool at 3:00 in th emorning drunk and throwing up. The apartments are old and they stink. Yea, i did not find it fun.
