I loved living here at first, the people were all nice, helpful, and seemed to know who I was. The parking situation is great and I've never had any noise problems. But, then I had a leak in my apartment and it took them over a month to fix. The manager wouldn't work with me at all until I threatened a lawyer. I then paid attention to where the leak was fixed, and you can see cracks and water stains all in the wall. I'm waiting for it to just fall in. There are also feral cats keeping me awake at night, right outside my window. Every time I have an issue, I call the office and have to leave a message and they won't return my phone calls. I won't be renewing my lease.
