Bug, Mold and Fungus infested

I am still living there unfortunately, but lucky enough to get out very shortly, when my lease expires.
When I came in, I got a ground floor apt, which was repainted very well to hide all the mold, fungus and water leaked areas.

But after a month or so, the reality kicked-in and I had to live with the mold in the bathroom, fungus due to water seeping out from the ground and from the upstairs apartment ....I can go on and on.

To top it all, the bugs are all over the place and they somehow come inside the apartment.

Not sure why they can't even use proper insecticides to kill them, and I heard from other apartment dwellers that this has been a norm for them and they are also stuck with their leases.
The only time the staff ever smiled at me was when I initially signed my contract.

After that, they behave as if they own us, and are very nasty.
Just a few more months...and I am gone.
Please don't even think about living in this apartment complex.
