This place has been a horror from Day 1. The buildings are old, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The apartment had some funky wallpaper which was stained and peeling. The thermostat was impossible to regulate, either way too hot or way too cold. Mold is all over the place...and the BUGS!! Spiders, roaches the size of Texas, slugs, caterpillars, you name it. The people next door to me put moth flakes around to drive the bugs out and you could gag from the stench. It is also a very noisy place. You can hear your neighbors above, below and next door. Fire trucks, police cars and ambulances, with sirens blaring, come by at all hours of the day and night. STAY AWAY!!
