The staff was horrible and never returned phone calls when making complaints. It's one woman in the office, I don't know her name but she's a tall black woman with short hair is very rude and has no business working there. I would recommend anybody seeking to move in Paces Run to continue looking because there are better and newer apartments in Columbia. The apartment looked good at first but then after a couple of months the problems begin to present themselves, bugs, leaks, unfriendly staff, and a bad neighborhood. I am so glad that I am out of the hellhole.
