We moved in on 1 October 2002 and are planning on a military transfer in June 2003. It is a very nice apartment community and we are enjoying it. We had a number of work orders at the start, but the office and maintenance staff made good efforts to resolve them in a timely manner - and we received an overlight and ceiling fan in our living room for our patience. As a military family, we received a 10% discount on the monthly rent and our deposits. I heard that the police forces receive the same deal. Fort Jackson is only 10 minutes away - I highly recommend the Paddock Club Apartments to incoming military personnel.
