I would proceed with caution when renting from the Paddock Club Apartments. The exorbitant rent, poor maintenance, high break in rate, and especially the incompetent management are but a few of the reasons NOT to rent from Mid-America. The improper use of language by the management against their own employees with resident's children present is also of concern, not to mention the age discrimination that is present. I rented from Mid-America for just under a year, and other than the signing of my lease was never treated with any respect or consideration. I strongly suggest, if you are considering renting from this apartment community that you think twice.
