the paddock club apartments in columbia has unfortunately been the single worst living experience of my life. relying on the well-deserved reputation of its sister community in gainesville, fl , the columbia community charges as much in rent but delivers none of the reasons to justify the money. the management is rude, inconsiderate, and lie when making arrangements they cannot deliver upon. in columbia i cannot justify paying to live in a place like i did for one year, waiting for my lease to expire so i could move out as fast as possible.
