I lived there for a year and I am happy to be out. There is pet feces everywhere. Stray cats (that like to urinate on car hoods)are plentiful. Also, the parents do not monitor their children. I almost hit a few of them on several occasions. The kids also run, play, and scream in the breezways, which is annoying. There is also a break-in problem, both vehicles and apartments. About a half mile away is a "undesirable area" and the perimeter fence is merely decor. Overall: Not a safe place. Maintenance is to standard. Management is ok. Its just certain tenants who make this place horrid because the majority of them are loud, do not control their kids,have no regard for others' vehicles, and they do not clean up after themselves and pets. Also: watch out for the laundry area because there was almost a rape there and your clothes WILL get stolen at some point.
