I lived at The Paddock Club for over 4 years. I have seen the complex go downhill and finally moved out. Management and office staff constantly turn over. The quality of the tenants is going down, too. Noise is going up - especially from dogs barking. I never had a problem with feeling safe. Enter apartment several times a year to check various things, give minimal notice, doesn't feel like a home, more like a motel. Still haven't received my balance of deposit after 5 weeks. Mid-America (owner) rips you off every chance it gets.
