I have been here for about two years and honestly things haven't been that bad. There have been ups and downs within the office but I don't know of any place that does not go through turnovers. This place is like any other place. There are going to be issues, whether it be in a housing community or an apartment community. The staff has been great and so has the maintenance crew. I really can't beleive what I have been reading here. I would recommend it and have. The community is beautiful and the neighbors are wonderful as well. I am glad that I chose to live here.

I just wanted to say that I was an employee of TPC and alot of the good stuff you read on here was encouraged to be written by the staff per management. The above happens to be what I wrote while employeed with them. So don't trust everyhting you read on here. Chances are the staff has written it.

Well. I live out here. Are you the girl that "no longer works here"? Sounds like disgruntled ex-employee sabotage to me. The staff out here has been great. I am on a short term stay for a temp assignment for Wal-Mart here in Columbia. I love my apartment, the grounds, and the office personnel. Everything out here is great to look at-especially the staff. Get a life!
