I currently live at the Paddock Club and all I can say is it's the WORST apartment that I've ever lived in. Vandalism is a daily event here and the office staff does nothing! Buildings and signs are spray painted with curse words or pornographic pictures. Cars are broken into and children run around in the parking lots in front of cars unsupervised. People continually drive through the cheap wooden gates (which is nothing but a wooden board) and brake them and still the office does nothing. Maintenance here is an entirely different story. They are HORRIBLE! All the apartments are in extreme need of repair and a tremendous overhaul. Appliances are outdated air conditioners don t work and the apartment was filthy when we moved in and we keep finding more things wrong. If I wasn t locked into the lease here I would move right now. The Paddock Club is advertised as a Luxury Apartment but it is anything but.
