I find it hard to believe that someone would lie like the previous person did. I have been out here for about 4 years and have watched many new people join the apartment management staff. I believe that the current staff is wonderful and they are doing TREMENDOUS things to make The Paddock Club a great place to stay. They are always pleasant and get right on issues that we bring to their attention. The property is absolutley BEAUTIFUL and very well kept. It is well worth the $$. The maintenance guys take care of problems within 24 hours. they have even let us borrow tools for our own projects. They always greet us with a smile and seem to work around the clock. This is a family community and has all of the perks of being one. My neighbors are great. The deputies that are courtesy officers are great. They even do foot patrols. When the gates are damaged, they fix them immediately. The vandals who came from another community didn't do any permanent damage, because the guys repaired everything the same day and they haven't done it since! Whoever wrote those things sound bitter. Maybe the staff couldn't give them an extension on their already late rent. Grow up!
