I have to say that over my many years here, I have always felt at home, however it does seem the class of residents is going down hill PRETTY FAST! There are 7 people living in the 2 bedroom across the hall. Their kids run all over the roads. I don't have any issues with the Staff, as they seem pretty nice, however when it comes to the residents in my building.....OH......I JUST GET SO UPSET! They let their dog crap everywhere. The kids run all over the place at all hours of the night. I just don't see why the office staff doesn't put a complete stop to this. If it weren't for the kids all out in the roads on scooters and skateboards, I would give this place an A . However, taking that in to account...I am forced to give an overall C- rating. If the staff reads this, please understand that your loyal residents want this stopped. We have enjoyed it here, so much....but if another year goes by and it gets worse..then we will be forced to leave. Hoping for the best

P.S. The Maint. Staff is GREAT!!! I agree on that!

p.s.s. you have non residents who take all the good parking...they stay for months on end!

Rest assure that The Paddock Club is making great strides at addressing these concerns and issues. Haven't you noticed the changes? They go into detail and answer questions at the Community Awareness Meetings also. Maybe you should attend. I'm impressed.

Community meetings? You mean meeting! Everytime they say they are going to do something for us, they pospone or cancel it. Most of it is talk. I think they will do just about anything for a lease including lie to people. I can't wait to get out.

OMG i wanted out of here!!!!!! Listening to my boyfriend telling me that we needed to save money!!! Went from sugar to S*%t and i am leaving his butt right here to enjoy the nice scenic view of rust everywhere. So long its was worth breaking the lease!!!!!!
