When we first moved in we loved it. But towards the end the maintenance started sucking. Our a/c was not working and it took them like three weeks before they finally figured out that some ants ate some line outside. This was in the summer months. At night if you call for a maintenance person for an emergency, FORGET IT!!! They will not come no matter what. The big issue was bugs and them charging me for spraying, but they would never come spray. Also, when we moved out, they took almost all of my deposit. I gave them a $300 deposit and I got $3.00 back. They charged a cleaning fee, because they said I didn't clean good enough. It looked better than when I had moved in. My husband and I worked our butts off to clean that place. Then they charged a fee for cleaning the carpet because we did it ourselves as opposed to a professional clean. They said we didnt pay the water for two months and they took that, plus they charged us a transfer fee for the water. They are a rip off. It seems amazing how our charges came up to almost exactly our deposit. Dont stay there!!
